The scope of the contract includes: 1) making and submitting to the Ordering Party design and costing documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of a given building in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for the preparation of design and costing documentation, 2) obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party for a given building a decision of the Faculty of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław Office (hereinafter referred to as the WAiZ UM) a building permit together with a confirmation of submitting an application to the WAiZ UM for a certificate that the decision has become final / obtaining and providing the Ordering Party with a certificate that there are no grounds to object to the intention to perform construction works in accordance with Art. 5aa of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994, 3) performing copyright supervision during the execution of construction works covered by the prepared documentation.
