3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzenia do BADANIA IZOLACJI SPODÓW OBUWIA OD ZIMNA W TEMP. (-17±2°C) do siedziby Zamawiającego: Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz, Łódzki Instytut Technologiczny, Laboratorium Badań Obuwia, ul. Zgierska 73, 91-463 Łódź. 3.2. Zamawiający informuje, że przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części z uwagi na fakt, że stanowi on jedną niepodzielną całość. 3.3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 3.4. Opis wymaganych parametrów przedmiotu zamówienia zamieszczony jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy). Wykonawca może zaproponować produkty o lepszych parametrach technicznych, jakościowych, funkcjonalnych niż parametry określone przez Zamawiającego.
