Description

Die Stadt Gera beabsichtigt, den auslaufenden Beleuchtungsvertrag über den Betrieb der öffentlichen Beleuchtung ab dem 01.08.2025 für einen Zeitraum von 15 Jahren und 5 Monaten neu zu vergeben. Der Betreiber der öffentlichen Beleuchtung ist insbesondere für die technische Betriebsführung, die Wartung und Instandhaltung, Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen und die Erneuerung, den Neu- und Rückbau der Beleuchtungsanlagen verantwortlich. Der Betreiber schuldet deswegen in Summe nicht eine rein anlassbezogene Tätigkeit, sondern den Beleuchtungserfolg insgesamt.
