Description

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is procuring on behalf of NHS Walsall, a NHS Primary Care Trust (soon to be Walsall CCG) a software solution to access and use clinical data held in primary care on general practice information systems. This would enable utilisation of the data for effective healthcare planning and performance management. The provision will include support and maintenance.
New software will be required to have following capabilities
Interface with all current GP systems, currently 63 practice systems within Walsall
Not remove patient identifiable data form the GP systems
Reflect accurately the data on individual GP systems with timely updates
Be integrated into the daily working of general practice
The software should support and facilitate
QOF management
LES,DES,NES and QIPP management
NHS Health Checks
Prescribing and medicines optimisation
Practice Audits Clinical and Commissioning based
Patient call or recall
Clinical information e.g. with suggestions for best practice to improve quality of patient care
The solution should have the capacity in the future to monitor patient activity across
Admitted Patient Care
Outpatient attendances
Outpatient referrals
Accident and Emergency Attendances
The solution will support pathway, risk stratification and flow analytics
Walsall NHS will let a contract for 2 years with option to extend up to a further 2 years
