Subject matter: ‘The daily supply of ready meals to inpatients on different diets, according to the Ministry of Health’s recipe for hospital meals, as requested in advance by the contracting authority.’ The diets with which the medical institution works are: Diet No 1 – gastrointestinal diseases; Diet No 0 – Severely ill, operated sick (for power supply); Diet No 4 – colitis, enterocolitis, gastrointestinal disorders; Diet No 5 – liver and biliary problems; Diet No 7 – kidney diseases; Diet No 9 – diabetic patients; Diet No 10 – cardiovascular diseases; Diet No 15 – general diet; Diet for chronic kidney failure - low-protein. Special diets / Antiketogenic, Diet White, Milk Extended, Very Low Protein, 4/9, 1/9, 5/4, etc./ The menu of the patients includes: breakfast, lunch – main course and dinner – main course. Each diet should also include the necessary amount of bread – up to 350 g per day – the daily supply of food to hemodialysis patients The food includes freshly prepared roast meat – chicken leg/chicken steak, with two slices of bread per patient. - Supply of food products, if necessary cow’s yoghurt 3.6%, crystal sugar, toasted white flour, boiled carrots, herbal rosehip tea – box. Time limit for performance of the contract: within 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of conclusion of the contract for the award of the public procurement contract, by daily deliveries on preliminary orders according to diets, type and quantity. If, at the date of expiry of the contract, the Contracting Authority has not carried out a new procurement procedure with the same subject matter, the validity of this contract shall be maintained under the same conditions (the Contractor shall not be obliged to extend his performance guarantee) until a new procurement procedure has been carried out and a new contract has been concluded, but not more than 6 months. In view of the fact that the activity of the Assignor is of public importance and can not remain without a Contractor, in the event of early termination of the contract, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY may conclude a contract with another admitted participant, the replacement does not change the other conditions.
