Ringsted Spildevand A/S' tender for Benløse Kloakering
Ringsted Wastewater will separate wastewater from rainwater in a part of Benløse, more specifically in the area around Smålodsvej and Tofteåsvej. In this connection, a new pipeline system with associated rainwater basins (pipe basins) must be established at the same time as the operation of the existing system can be maintained. The present invitation to tender contains approximately 3 km of rain and waste water pipes, as well as land and restoration works in connection with the project. The contract includes excavation work in soil, including contaminated soil, civil works including coordination with other cable owners and pipe delivery. This is a main contract. The overall project is expected to be carried out over 6 possible stages with a time horizon of 8 months in order to ensure an optimal flow of traffic from the local area and minimize inconvenience to citizens in Benløse. The client can complete the task after each stage without further notice. The contractor must have good internal capacity and equipment so that any shifts in the schedule can be absorbed and the schedule for the offered areas can be complied with, as another actor Benløse Fjernvarme must have laid district heating subsequently in the same area with his contractor. The cables are mainly located on public land, but the contractor must familiarise himself with local conditions and ensure registration of works on private land.
