Description

The framework agreement is the subject of a grouping of orders. The CAPFT performs the tasks of coordinator until the framework agreement is signed and subsequent contracts are signed. The members are as follows: the CAPFT and the cities of Thionville, Yutz, Havange, Illange and Rochonvillers. Each member of the group is responsible for the financial performance of its own services and, therefore, for payment of the corresponding invoices, the framework agreement is concluded for a period of four years with a minimum of EUR 200 000 net of tax and a maximum of EUR 800 000 excl. tax. It will give rise to the issue of order forms and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. It will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders.
