Denmark-Viborg: Document management software package
The Midtjylland Region wishes to conclude a framework contract with 1 suppliers for the purchase of dynamic file service software. In addition, software maintenance and support are added, as well as the option for training of operational specialists and system administrators in the Midtjylland Region. The tenderer must also assist the Midtjylland Region in installing the software.
The Fil-service software shall enable users to access files across the organisation, both from and with external partners.
The software shall contain the following functionalities for software users:
— access to a file for each department of the user concerned is an employee of which files can be accessed and added and shared with other users in the department;
— access to one personal folder used across all recruitments of the user and not accessible to other persons;
— access to an application data folder, for applications that are not part of the common clinical platform of the region and are not considered as actual processing data;
— possibility to share folders and files in the personal folder with others.
The precise requirements for the software are set out in the specifications for this invitation to tender. The software shall be capable of being delivered as an installation on a virtual server in the Central Jutland Region’s server infrastructure described in the tender documentation or as a virtual server body in the Central Jutland Region’s server environment. It is also a requirement that all data and metadata managed or generated by the software will belong to the Midtjylland Region.
