Description

The Apeldoorn municipality of the municipality of Apeldoorn, the Management of Maintenance and Projects, Vastgoed en Gom (hereinafter: the contracting authority) through this European public procurement procedure is looking for one (1) supplier for the supply of planting. The developer shall list the following species under planting:
— esters,
— perennial plants,
— hooks and snow rations,
— conifers,
— roses,
— cover crops and perennial plants.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework contract for a period of two (2) years. After its initial duration, the framework contract may be renewed two (2) times for a further period of one (1) year.
The award will be based on best price-quality ratio (price 30 %/quality 70 %).
