1.The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment described in detail in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the FTZ, hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Devices’ or ‘Equipment’, and each individual ‘Device’ to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. building B, room A 303 box 7 (IT department), located in Poznań at ul. Wieniawskiego 17/19, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the above-mentioned Act. Detailed description of the subject of the order. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract is an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract. 2. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the subject of the contract are also set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ.
