Description

The subject-matter of the contract covers periodic supplies of disinfectants and preparations for basin waters, in accordance with the technical specifications and the models of technical and price proposals for the lots, which are an integral part of the procurement documents. The headings are as follows: PO1: Lot 1 ‘Supplies of disinfectants’; PO 2: Lot No 2 ‘Supplies of preparations for basin waters’, OP No 3: Lot No 3 ‘Supply of caustic soda’, On the basis of Article 21(6) of the PPA, Lots No 3 will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to its individual estimated value, subject to the condition that the value of the item does not exceed the maximum threshold for supplies under Article 21(6) of the PPA and that its estimated value does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract. The contract to be concluded with the tenderer designated as contractor for the lot concerned will be valid for 12 months. It is envisaged that the contract will be renewed twice under the same conditions, including duration, volume and total value, under the conditions set out in the Draft Contract.
