Description

A ce titre, le Concessionnaire sera notamment chargé de : ? La gestion du service et l'exploitation, notamment commerciale, des installations, ? La prise en charge de l'affichage publicitaire et d'informations non publicitaires, ? La prise en charge de la communication institutionnelle de la Collectivité selon les modalités prévues au contrat, ? La fourniture de l'ensemble des équipements décrit au présent cahier des charges, ? La pose des installations et leurs branchements sur les réseaux divers nécessaires au fonctionnement du service, ? L'exécution des travaux et la remise en état des trottoirs et des chaussées dans les conditions de l'état de l'art, ? La perception des recettes commerciales et de toute recette annexe liée à l'exploitation du service concédé, ? Le nettoyage de l'ensemble du mobilier et le maintien en parfait état de fonctionnement des installations du service avec des produits biodégradables et non-polluants, ? Le renouvellement du matériel et des équipements, notamment de ceux qui viendraient à être détériorés ou défectueux, ? La gestion administrative et financière du service, ? L'information régulière de la Collectivité sur la gestion du service dans les conditions définies au contrat. Le Concessionnaire devra assurer, à ses frais et risques, l'exécution de la présente convention et supportera seul le risque d'exploitation du service
