Description

The subject of the public contract includes maintenance works in the green belts of Chorzów street with a total area of approx. 27.42 ha in particular: - ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in the belts, - mowing lawns and winning them, - caring for trees and shrubs. The task is divided into 2 parts (areas): part I - District A Chorzów Cenrtum, Chorzów Batory with the area of 148 625 m2, part II - District B Chorzów II, Chorzów Stary, Maciejkowice with the area of 125 417 m2. General characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract (common for all lots (regions) – in Annex 9 to the SWZ. The contract must be performed in accordance with the attached general characteristics of the subject of the contract and with the attached bills of quantities and work schedules, separate for each lot (area) of the contract. Attachments to the SWZ are work measurements, the area measurement table, the timetable for the implementation of the work and the list of plants (Annex No 10 Division A and Annex No 11 Division B). The Contracting Authority reserves, pursuant to Article 60 of the Public Procurement Act, that works related to the maintenance of greenery (as key parts of the contract), i.e. works listed in the bills of quantities (for each part) in Chapter I GREEN, may not be subcontracted.
