Germany-Erkrath: Architectural and related services
The city of Erkrath intends to build new social housing at the ‘Am Maiblümchen 41’ site. To this end, the former homeless accommodation still available on the plot of land is to be abandoned. This will be followed by the creation of accessible social housing with a mix of apartments, as well as 2 and 3-room housing. These are to be implemented in accordance with the technical requirements for supported housing (WFB), as the use of funding is to be used as much as possible. In addition, energy efficiency and environmental considerations must be taken into account when implementing the decision of the City of Erkrath of 12 December 2019, according to which new buildings should be constructed in a carbon neutral way as possible. The planning is based on an existing feasibility study.
The purpose of this invitation to tender is to award planning services for the following types of services:
— Lot 1: Spatial planning (buildings, rooms, outdoors);
— Lot 2: Technical Building Equipment (TGA);
— Lot 3: Structural design, thermal protection and energy balancing.
