Description

The subject of this contract is the collection of household and similar waste in 22 municipalities in the territory of Vienna Condrieu Agglomeration. Open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. A tranche contract to be concluded pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Order Code. The benefits are divided into a firm tranche and an optional tranche: Optional tranche 1: Setting up of a PAV collection of cartons for private individuals - Lead time: 3 years from notification of the contract The duration of the contract is 5 years from the actual start of the collection services (scheduled for 1 November 2026)
