Description

The municipality of Eichenau intends to extend or enhance the existing Starzelbachschule, Parkstrasse 41, 82223 Eichenau for all-day teaching. This requires the following structural measures:
1. Extension building with a gross floor area of approximately 1.500 m² and a gross volume of approximately 6.550 m³,
2. Conversion of the stock with a gross floor area of approximately 350 m² and a gross volume of approximately 1.050 m³.
Extension construction to install a school mensa with fresh kitchens up to 1000 food and associated staff areas, as well as care rooms for the open whole-day school and the hoard, each with ancillary rooms. The new entrance area in the extension building will be used to access the ground and upper floors of the school system in an accessible way via a lift.
