Description

The subject-matter of this contract is: I. obtaining a licence to use a software solution to support key processes in Czech Television for at least 15 years; II. provision of related implementation services, including activities such as project management, process analysis and optimization design, SW installation, configuration and settings, development of missing functionalities, data migration, testing, training of users and administrators, support of trial operation and transition to production operation and documentation processing; III. provision of regular system maintenance services, i.e. provision of new versions of the system and installation of updates, and system operation support services, i.e. technical support services, monitoring and maintenance, incident and problem handling, ensuring availability and performance/response, problem solving (helpdesk) and system optimisation, and IV. provision of consultation and development on the basis of separate orders over the life cycle of the system.
