Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz.U. z 2020 r., poz. 6 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz szkółkarstwa, nasiennictwa i selekcji, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Oborniki Śląskie na terenie leśnictw: Trzebnica, Pęgów, Jary i Szkółki Jary w roku 2021. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz szkółkarstwa, nasiennictwa i selekcji wynikające z załącznika nr 3 do SIWZ, na który składają się zał. od 3.1a; 3.1b–3.7a; 3.7b.
