Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na budowie: kanalizacja sanitarna DN 300 o długości około 533mb, sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej DN 200 o długości około: L1 – 56,9mb, L2 – 169,9mb w sumie około 226,80mb, oraz sieci wodociągowe DN 150 o długości około: L1 – 65,9mb, L2 – 123,5mb, w sumie około 189,4mb
Zakres Robót obejmuje również odtworzenie terenu budowy po robotach do stanu pierwotnego, próby i usunięcie jakichkolwiek wad w Robotach oraz wszelkie czynności niezbędne do przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawcę w celu oddania Robót do normalnej eksploatacji i przekazania ich Zamawiającemu.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia przedstawiony został w części III SIWZ.
Kontrakt będzie realizowany zgodnie z „Warunkami Kontraktowymi dla Budowy dla robót inżynieryjno-budowlanych projektowanych przez Zamawiającego” FIDIC – pierwsze wydanie w języku angielskim 1999, 4. wydanie angielsko-polskie 2008 (SIDIR).
