Description

1. The subject matter is the supply of green electricity to the electricity collection points of the various contracting entities: Neubrandenburger Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH, Heidenstraße 6, 17033 Neubrandenburg Immobilien Reparatur- und Servicegesellschaft mbH Neubrandenburg, Bertolt-Brecht-Str. 1c, 17034 Neubrandenburg; Social and Youth Centre Hinterste Mühle gGmbH, Hinterste Mühle 2, 17033 Neubrandenburg; Event Center Neubrandenburg GmbH, Parkstraße 1, 17033 Neubrandenburg; Pflegeheim Neubrandenburg gGmbH, Ameisenweg 19, 17036 Neubrandenburg; Delivery in the standard load profile takes place at approximately 892 acceptance points, whose estimated annual electricity demand is approximately 2.8 GWh. For 11 acceptance points, the supply takes place in registered power measurement with an expected annual electricity demand of approx. 1.7 GWh. The specific points of acceptance are listed in the schedules of services for the individual companies. The total delivery volume is approximately 4.5 million kWh/year. The annual consumption and performance data provided for each point of acceptance in the schedule of services are from 2025. These data merely provide a guideline for the calculation of the offer and do not constitute binding purchase quantities. The charging stations and a parking garage are to be supplied with green electricity that comes from renewable energies within the meaning of § 3 No. 21 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and is not funded under the EEG. It can either be supplied via a corresponding electricity supply contract, for which guarantees of origin are validated by the electricity supplier at the Federal Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt) or supplied with electricity from own production on site (e.g. electricity from photovoltaic systems). The list of services already lists the charging stations that are still being built in 2026/2027.
