Description

1. The subject of the contract is a construction work involving the repair of the A1 motorway. Pyrzowice-Piekary Śląskie – Task 5: from km 478+960 to km 482+170 – right road. This section of the motorway is located in the Śląskie Voivodship, in the Będzin district, in the municipality of Bobrowniki and runs through the following towns: Siemonia, Sączów and Dobieszowice. The task will be carried out in the ‘Build’ system. 2. The scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes in particular: - renovation of the A1 motorway (right road) - road works with accompanying works, - reconstruction and renovation of the rainwater drainage system, - renovation of acoustic screens, - renovation of the MA-421 overpass along the A1 motorway - renovation of the WD-422 over the A1 motorway with accesses, - renovation of the road culvert, - works related to the introduction of permanent traffic organization, including: execution of horizontal markings, execution and installation of vertical markings, execution and installation of road safety devices. 3. The order will be executed on the basis of the Conditions of the Construction Contract for construction and engineering works designed by the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform key tasks personally 5. Estimated contract value between EUR 5 538 000 and EUR 20 000.
