The subject of the concession contract will be the delegation of the public drinking water distribution service to the territory of the 16 municipalities in the following intermunicipalities: Agglomeration community of Marne and Gondoire: Bussy-Saint-Georges, Bussy-Saint-Martin, Carnetin, Collégien, Conches-sur-Gondoire, Dampmart, Gouvernes, Guermantes, Jossigny, Lagny-sur-Marne, Pomponne, Thorigny-sur-Marne, Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes; Agglomeration community Paris Vallée de la Marne: Courtry; Community of Communes Plaines et Monts de France: Le Pin et Villevaudé for a period of 8 years from 1 January 2026. The community supply, feeders and factory of Bussy-Saint-Martin, will not be part of the leased perimeter. The leased perimeter may be extended, in particular to include the municipalities of the Marne and Gondoire Agglomeration Community for which the latter ensures drinking water competence (currently 5 municipalities).
