Description

The Nordjylland Region has offered a framework agreement under which both mobile and broadband subscriptions can be established and mobile terminals purchased for the private use of employees.
A ‘gross wage scheme’ is characterised by the following:
— The employee is provided with broadband subscriptions, mobile subscriptions and/or mobile terminal (mobile phone or smart phone) against a wage reduction agreement.
— The Nordjylland region does not impose any restrictions on the use of subscriptions or telephone.
— The contractual period for each agreement between the employee and the Nordjylland Region is 12 months.
— The contractual period for each subscription between the supplier and the Nordjylland Region is also 12;
months.
— Employee mobile telephony management is organisationally placed under the HR branch of Region Nordjylland;
(Group HR).
The contractual period for the Framework Agreement will run until 31.12.2013, with the possibility for the Nordjylland Region to extend the agreement for a further 2 x 12 months.
The North Jutland Region aims to create an attractive offer for employees, focusing on strong prices and a seamless support concept.
On the basis of statements from previously offered employee schemes, the Nordjylland Region expects around 750 employees to be used each year.
