The place of performance of the contract is the premises of the Contracting Authority’s Central Centre in Warsaw at ul. Subforestry 61 and at the Contracting Aerology Centre in Legionów at ul. Zegrzyńska 38, with a total surface area of 10 413.96 m², including:
(1) at the Central Centre, with an area of 9 659.96 m²,
(2) at the Aerology Centre, with an area of 754.00 m².
The procurer reserves the right to reduce or increase the area to be cleaned to 15 % of the total area specified above.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 6 and Annex 7 to the ToR, which is an integral part of the ToR.
2.2. In performance of the contract, the Contractor shall:
(1) cleaning of the Contracting Authority’s premises on working days after 16:00, provided that the cleaning of the premises, secretariats and director’s rooms is carried out at the times agreed with the Contracting Authority and in the presence of the Contracting Authority’s staff,
(2) daytime maintenance, including day-to-day cleaning in bathrooms, hall I and II floors and reception facilities, cleaning of rooms after repairs and other instructions from the Contracting Authority on demand, without undue delay by at least two persons. The day service will be provided between 7:00 and 16:00.
(3) carry out all work using certified cleaning products for cleaning, washing the surface in question, in a quantity appropriate to the surface size of the cleaned surfaces and its own equipment, including:
— polishing, at least 1 piece,
— shursery, at least 1 piece,
— dry vacuum cleaners, at least 10,
— dry and wet vacuum cleaners, at least 2 units,
— accessories for used equipment for washing glass, floor and wall surfaces.
(4) cleaning by means of odourless, slip-free, slip-free, slip-free cleaning products, of products authorised for use that meet all standards in accordance with legal requirements,
(5) supply of hygienic products (liquid soap – non-irritant, mild washing ingredients and active skin humidifiers, pH 5.5-7, odour: any toilet paper excluding neutral toilet paper – white, encrypted, soft, double layer – Ø 200 mm, white towel paper – single layer chipped into towel containers in rolls and zz, gel disc or disinfectant for shells with antibacterial effect) throughout the duration of the contract according to the Contracting Authority’s current needs,
(6) the systematic refilling of all dispensers and containers,
(7) not to dispose of used containers of cleaning products used for the performance of the contract (e.g. aerosols, detergent packaging) into municipal waste containers and not to store used containers on the contracting authority’s premises. The Contractor undertakes to remove the used containers at his own expense and by his own efforts,
(8) throw away the waste bags in such a way as to maximise the use (filling) of the waste container,
(9) respect for the contracting authority’s property and the property of the contracting authority’s staff.
