The subject of the tender is the selection of the contractor who will provide the contracting authority with deliveries consisting in successive delivery by the contractor to the District Hospital named after Dr. Tytus Chałubiński in Zakopane, ul. The Ordering Party reserves that the offered subject of the contract must have a sufficiently long period of validity allowing free use for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of delivery, with the exception of Package No. 17 item. 15-19 for which the minimum period of validity is 8 months. 5. The Ordering Party reserves that deliveries for the duration of the contract will be carried out successively on the basis of partial orders placed by the Pharmacy Manager using electronic means of communication. 6. The Ordering Party reserves that the delivery will take place the longest within 48 hours from placing the order from 8:00 to 14:00 in appropriately marked packages. Each delivery batch must contain: Assortment name, shelf life, batch number, name and address of manufacturer/supplier. Where the last day of delivery falls on a non-working day, delivery shall take place on the first working day after the due date. 7. The replacement of defective goods, not in accordance with the partial order, goods of poor quality, delivered in incorrect packaging will take place within 48 hours from the submission of the complaint at the expense and risk of the Contractor. If the last day of delivery resulting from the complaint falls on a non-working day, delivery will take place on the first working day after the designated date during the hours referred to in point 6 above. 8. The Contracting Authority would like to inform you that the quantities of individual pharmaceuticals (medicines) subject to the present tender procedure indicated in point 4.10 of the SPC in question are estimated and may be changed during the implementation of the contract in question, reduced by no more than 20%, depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. 9. The Ordering Party informs and explains that in the scope of all Packages specified in point 4.10 of the above-mentioned SWZ: 1) allows submission of tenders for packaging with a different number of pieces than specified in the SWZ. Quantities shall be converted rounded up to the nearest whole package; 2) it is not allowed to change the form of the drug, except for the positions in which it has been marked. If ‘tables’ appear in the description, film-coated tablets but not modified-release tablets are permitted; (3) Modified-release tablets may be replaced by prolonged-release tablets and vice versa; 4) the valuation of preparations available for a single MZ permit is allowed. 10.
