Nexel A/S med cvr. nr. 20214414 er en specialiseret servicevirksomhed inden for elforsyning. Det er Ordregivers opgave at sikre drift og vedligehold samt udbygning af elnettet, så elforsyningen til Østdanmark (ekskl. Bornholm) er sikker, stabil og med færrest mulige strømafbrydelser. Den grønne omstilling kræver store investeringer i elnettet, og Nexel A/S står overfor en betydelig vækst i reinvesterings- og nyinvesteringsprojekter. Udbudsproceduren vedrører udbud af en rammeaftale om indkøb og levering af to typer Remote Terminal Units (RTU). En stor RTU som anvendes i hovedstationer og en lille RTU som anvendes i netstationer.
