Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24-hour comprehensive security service for persons and property of the headquarters of the European Solidarity Centre, located at Plac Solidarności 1 in Gdańsk. 2. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 121(1) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the obligation for the Contractor to perform in person the key task covering the provision of all services specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, excluding services provided by the Patrol and Intervention Group 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the tender specifications (contract documents, hereinafter also: "SWZ").
