The procurement procedure concerns the procurement of workstation printers by means of a framework agreement with an economic operator. The services are composed of the following service components:
(1) provision, connection and operation of an online shop for MPG;
(2) the sale and supply of printers from different manufacturers, including related printer accessories, spare parts and wear components;
(3) Supplementary services:
(a) services (e.g. repairs, replacements, on-site support on a case-by-case basis);
(b) the provision of an online platform with relevant up-to-date content, in particular documentation and downloads;
(C) available contact point for service requests;
(D) reporting with individual contract reports and agreed range.
