Description

The Assignment concerns activities in the field of safety and certification of luggage assets. The Assignment consists of the following services. 1. CE-Management Baggage This service requires CE-coordination that guides and pursues contracting parties, who are responsible for the changes, to provide the correct CE documentation in EDMS and ICD in the event of significant changes. It is also expected that samples will be carried out or that the right decisions have been made on the basis of the decision tree. 2. With this service, the CE certification of the entire baggage system must be updated annually with all new documentation that has been provided and carried out in the context of significant changes. This often leads to sub-certificates (by sub-area). In addition, SNBV's parcels must be fully checked annually for changes and shortcomings. 3. Project support CE certification This is a flexible service where you provide support for luggage projects and work on the integration and validation in the field of machine safety and CE policy. This involves all kinds of different types of hardware, machines and software that are located in the baggage landscape. 4. General CE Safety and Certification topics This is a flexible service under which SNBV can set out additional assignments. The Contractor must make the resources available, be sufficiently capable and flexible to meet these variable issues. 5. Within this service, the Contractor is responsible for the security within the baggage domain of SNBV. This Supervisor monitors working conditions, implements risk management strategies and carries out risk analyses (RI&E) to identify hazards. He/she then devises management measures and evaluates their effectiveness. Supervisor draws up safety reports and instructions and coordinates safety tasks in the workplace. 6. In the department of Higher Safety Expert (HVK), safety and health is guaranteed within SNBV by giving advice to management and employees about Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). The role includes developing safety policies, conducting audits and complying with legislation. In addition, an HVK manages CE certifications, carries out RI&E and investigates accidents to formulate risk management advice.
