1. The subject of this contract is the supply of anatomical models (mannequins, trainers, phantoms) divided into lots, hereinafter referred to as ‘Packages’ from 1 to 11: Package 1: Supply of vaccine trainers; Package 2: Supply of simulators for perineal sewing learning; Package 3: Delivery of wound packing trainer, gunshot wound; Package 4: Supply of skin for the study of cutting and surgical sewing - replacement insert; Package 5: Supply of consumable parts for drainage and decompression trainer; Package 6: Supply of accessories for lumbar puncture phantom; Package 7: Delivery of a model to demonstrate the course of childbirth; Package 8: Delivery of training auto-injectors with a capsule; Package 9: Delivery of a model for learning perineal sewing - replacement cartridge; Package 10: Delivery of models of the female pelvis with the pelvic floor; Package 11: Delivery of a model of hearing cubes - under the conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 2.
