With the agreement of the parties to the contract, the number of courses in one day may be greater than 4. 3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to suspend the collection of waste on certain days, inform the contractor of this fact two days in advance. 4) The Ordering Party reserves the right to decide on the form of preparation of the faction to be handed over, i.e. in loose, benign or combined form. 5) In the case of baling fractions, the Ordering Party will make the packaging of the transferred waste as follows: a) the waste will be pressed and benign, b) steel wire with a section Ø 3.2 mm, c) the dimensions of a single bale – approx. 80x110x130 cm, d) the average weight of one waste bale is approx. 600 kg. 12) Part II – “Provision of services in the field of successive collection and further management of waste resulting from ground large-size waste” 1) The collection of waste will be carried out according to the needs of the Ordering Party, with a number of daily courses ranging from 1 to 2, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 7:00 to 16:00. 2) The Ordering Party shall each time inform the Contractor of the demand for a given number of courses.
