1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of blood blenders with data transmission – the Field Station in Ełk and the Field Station in Krakow. 2. The detailed description of the supply at issue in the present proceedings is contained in the ‘Assortment and Price Sheet’ attached as Annex 2 to the FTZ. This description should be read together with changes in the content of the FTZ, which are, for example, the result of responses to contractors' inquiries. 3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 9 to the FTZ. 4. The recipients of the subject-matter of the contract were identified in the Assortment and Price Sheet constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
