Po vsebini je predmet javnega naročila nadgradnja opreme sistemov tehničnega varovanja (videonadzor, javljanja vloma, varovanje perimetra, integracija, ...) s storitvami načrtovanja in izvajanja ter nakupom dodatne opreme in njeno namestitvijo v družbah skupine HSE. Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz tehničnih specifikacij - tehničnega dela dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila (zaprti del), ki jo zainteresirani ponudniki pridobijo po pravilih dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
