Description

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts under § 130a(8) SGB V for the active substances metformin & Sitagliptin (ATC A10BD07), Sitagliptin (ATC A10BH01), erythropoietin (ATC B03XA01), Valsartan & Amlodipine (ATC C09DB01), glatiramer (only medicinal products with the active substance 20 mg, ATC L03AX13), iotropium (excluding hard capsules with powder for inhalation, ATC R03BB04) in the context of an ‘open house’ procedure. Under standard contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical undertakings or groups of pharmaceutical undertakings shall be offered the conclusion of a discount agreement pursuant to Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V for those active ingredients.
The earliest contract start date is 01/06/2019. On this basis, the maximum duration of the contract will be 24 months.
