Description

1. In connection with the execution of the work carried out, the contractor is required to provide two specialised cars with a pajak crane for the forced movement of PPPs, with a back-up mechanism for lifting and moving cars of more than 1 500 kg. 1.1. Specialised cars with a pajak crane must comply with the Road Traffic Act and the Rules for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Act. Each crane device must be registered with the regional department of DG IDTN and comply with the requirements of the Regulation on the safe operation and technical supervision of lifting facilities. 2. The Contractor shall be required to provide qualified personnel to specialised vehicles possessing the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to operate a crane device in urban conditions and to maintain and repair specialised vehicles at his own expense.
