Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the development and construction of a prototype of an autonomous mobile refuelling station H2 under the conditions set out in the draft contract, which forms Annex 1 to the ZD ‘Draft contract’ (‘Draft contract’). When performing the contract, the contractor must respect binding and valid European and Czech technical standards and applicable safety instructions. A detailed specification of the subject of performance and the conditions for its delivery is given in the Draft Contract. In view of the subject-matter of the contract and the need to deliver the subject-matter of the contract as a whole, partial performance is not possible. The division of the public contract into lots (sub-performance) would not comply with the 3E principles and would not allow the participation of a wider range of suppliers.
