Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet le transfert et le traitement des déchets ménagers et assimilés de la Communauté de Communes du Pays de Bitche. Les accords-cadres à bons de commande seront conclu dans les limites suivantes, pour chacun des lots, et sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Il est conclu sans montant minimum, et avec les montants maximums suivants : - lot 1 : 3 350 000 euro(s) HT - lot 2 : 2 370 000 euro(s) HT - lot 3 : 50 000 euro(s) HT Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur
