Description

The subject of the procurement is the transport service of primary school pupils over whom the Bjelovar-Bilogora County has founding rights (hereinafter: Schools), to and from classes, every day, in the period from 7 September 2026 to the end of the school year 2026/2027, i.e. until 31 August 2027. The tenderer is obliged to provide the service of transport of pupils by special regular transport in accordance with the attached bill of quantities, the specification of transport by school and other conditions from the procurement documents, from the place of residence of the pupils to the school and at the end of the school to the place of residence. The times indicated in the technical specification are subject to change due to a different schedule of hours of each school, and the selected tenderer will be notified of any changes in the time of arrival and removal of students from the school on time. In the event of a change in the name, termination, merger, restructuring of a particular school or other similar situations, determined by law or other regulations that lead to a change in the scope of work and jurisdiction of the school and the Client, all rights and obligations related to this subject of procurement and the concluded public procurement contract shall be transferred to the legal successor or successors in accordance with their mutual agreement.
