FT-IR Microscope Delivery for NOMATEN CoRE

1. The subject of the proceedings is the supply of the FT-IR microscope for NOMATEN CoRE to the headquarters of the National Centre for Nuclear Research in Otwock-Świerk. 2. The subject of the contract includes the delivery (understood as the purchase, delivery, assembly, commissioning and training of the indicated employees of the Ordering Party in the field of operation of devices and software) of the FT-IR microscope (FT-IR). Fourier-Transform Infrared) coupled with a vacuum spectrometer for volumetric analysis of materials. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in TOM III SWZ (OPZ) - Description of the subject of the contract. The conditions and requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are also set out in TOM II SWZ (PPU) – Draft contractual provisions. 4. The minimum required warranty period for the subject of the contract is 24 months, counting from the date of final acceptance, without reservations of the subject of the contract (signing an unconditional protocol of final acceptance by the Ordering Party, without reservations). 5. Maximum date of performance of the subject of the contract: up to 6 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement for a complete stand with delivery, assembly and commissioning at the Customer's headquarters. Training of the Employer's employees will be carried out, in accordance with the requirements set out in TOM III, on the dates agreed by the Employer and the Contractor.
