Description

Die Handelskammer sucht eine Unternehmensberatung, die dabei unterstützt, das Vergütungssystem für die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Handelskammer zu überarbeiten. Das aktuelle System besteht bereits seit 2002. Die EU-Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie, die bis Juni 2026 in nationales Recht umgesetzt wird, fordert Arbeitgebende zur Offenlegung von Gehältern und den Kriterien für Gehaltsentscheidungen, der regelmäßigen Berichterstattung zur Lohnstruktur sowie zur Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Schaffung von Entgeltgleichheit auf. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist das aktuelle System neu zu fassen.
