Description

On 13 October 2014, the City of Prostějov concluded a works contract for the construction of the ‘Revitalisation we’. T.G. Masaryk, Prostějov’. That works contract was concluded following a prior open procedure for a public works contract below the threshold. During the construction of the works, the need for additional works described below arose as a result of objectively unforeseen circumstances which the contracting authority could not foresee at the time of the conclusion of the relevant works contract, when these additional works are not included in the original tender specifications and their provision is necessary for the proper fulfilment and achievement of the purpose of the work. The additional works referred to below cannot be technically or economically separated from the original contract, as they are strictly necessary for the proper completion of the subject matter of the initial contract.
