Description

The contract concerns printing services for successive calls during the term of the contract. Eastern Göinge Municipality (org. nr. 0860-212000) is the contracting authority and acts as a central purchasing body under the LOU for specified municipalities and companies according to the documentation.
Following the award of the contract, Östra Göinge Municipality intends to conclude framework agreements in which other contracting authorities and entities are entitled to call. They have expressed their interest in taking part in the call for tenders and are therefore entitled to withdraw from signed framework contracts from the start of the contract.
The contracting authority, Östra Göinge Municipality, intends to conclude framework agreements for a period of two years with the possibility of extension for two (2) years for one year at a time. The start of the contract may not be earlier than July.
