1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the Project Management service entitled: Construction of the Szczecinek bypass along provincial road No 172 – stage II. 2. The service includes: 1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project; 2) performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded contract for construction works; 3) actions aimed at timely execution of construction works; 4) documenting the progress of works; 5) fulfilling reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager; 6) performing copyright supervision in accordance with Art. 1 point 4 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 in the form of arrivals at the place where the works are carried out, as well as works carried out at the Contractor's premises. Planned number of supervisors: author's supervision related to the stay at the construction site – 14 supervisions and 60 supervisions performed at the Contractor's premises. 3. The scope of construction works includes the construction of a bypass of m. Szczecinek along provincial road No 172, which is a continuation of DW172 from the roundabout built to the national road S11 currently under construction. The construction of the above-mentioned road with a length of about 1.57 km along with lighting, drainage, technological channel and engineering facilities is aimed at providing access to and servicing the areas along the streets and transferring transit traffic. The scope of construction works includes, among others: 1) earthworks, 2) removal of conflicting trees and shrubs, 3) reinforcement of the ground, 4) construction of a bypass for vehicular traffic, 5) construction of a pedestrian-bicycle thrust, 6) construction of a viaduct over a railway line, 7) reconstruction of conflicting armaments, 8) reconstruction of a drainage system, 9) construction of lighting, 10) construction of a technological channel, 11) construction of culverts, 12) husking with grass sowing, 13) compensatory planting, 14) execution of horizontal and vertical markings. 4.
