Description

The objective of the contract to be concluded is, according to the specifications attached to the report, the provision of consultancy services for assessing and estimating the impact of using the financial resources allocated under the Partnership Agreement 2021-2027, the Partnership Agreement 2014-2020 and post 2027 from the perspective of economic, social and territorial cohesion through the development, recalibration and running of the MOISE model. The impact will be estimated cumulatively for both 2021-2027 and 2014-2020 programming periods and, to the extent possible, separately for each period. The results of the evaluation will also generate estimates for the post-2027 programming period. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days.
