This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) targets ICT services and software for Hansel Oy's customers. The subject-matter of DPS includes, inter alia, the following services: • Software and system solutions • Capacity and operating services and cloud services • ICT expert services The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 "Subject matter of the dynamic purchasing system". During the duration of the DPS, any interested candidate may submit a request to participate. DPS is valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended while DPS is in force. Hansel Oy's customers carry out the procurements among the candidates admitted to DPS through DPS's internal tenders, which may take place during DPS's entire procurement phase. After the start-up phase, the acquisition phase of DPS begins on 27 October 2025 and ends at the end of the period of validity of DPS. On the basis of DPS, contracts awarded by customers may be valid for a maximum period of 12 years. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC SYSTEM The total estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system does not exceed EUR 11 000 000 000 (excluding VAT). Customers can use electronic auctions for customer-specific tenders.
