Description

Se va achizitiona bitum D 50/70, inclusiv transport. Cantitatea minima 800 tone si maxima 1 000 tone. Valoarea estimata a contractului este cuprinsa intre 960 000,00 RON si 1 800 000,00 RON.
Autoritata contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare conform obligatiei prevazute la art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, astfel cum a fost acesta modificata prin OUG 107/2017, in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar operatorii economici participanti pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare pana in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul de depunere a ofertelor.
