Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa tomografu komputerowego oraz rezonansu magnetycznego dla Zamawiającego, o parametrach technicznych określonych odpowiednio w załącznikach nr 3a oraz 3b do SIWZ, zwanymi dalej „aparaturą”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego.
2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części:
Część 1 – Tomograf komputerowy (1 szt.) o parametrach technicznych określonych w załączniku 3a do SIWZ,
Część 2 – Rezonans magnetyczny (1 szt.) o parametrach technicznych określonych w załączniku 3b do SIWZ,
3. Wymieniona wyżej aparatura medyczna musi spełniać parametry graniczne określone odpowiednio w załącznikach nr 3a oraz 3b do SIWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z parametrów granicznych, określonych w załącznikach nr 3a lub 3b do SIWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
4. Aparatura wymieniona w pkt. 2 zostanie dostarczona wraz z osprzętem niezbędnym do jego prawidłowego funkcjonowania.
5. Pozostałe wymagania - ust. III. SIWZ.
