Description

The present invitation to tender concerns the establishment and expansion of a number of existing rainwater basins around Herfølge, including associated sewer lines, as part of the urban development of Herfølge Bjergby. The present task is offered as a framework agreement based on the sub-project "Moseholmene" and the contracting entity's current outlined planning basis for the expected construction works in connection with urban development. As the individual sub-projects obtain regulatory approval and are prepared for execution, separate sub-contracts may be concluded under the framework agreement during the term of the framework agreement. Lots will be awarded on the basis of the terms of the framework agreement and within the total estimated and maximum value of the framework agreement, as specified in the contract notice. The framework agreement can only be used for works that according to their nature, purpose and geographical/functional context are within the described task of establishing, rebuilding and expanding rainwater basins with associated sewer lines around Herfølge. The framework agreement may not be used for works which, by their nature, constitute an acquisition other than that offered. The Framework Agreement shall have a duration of 4 years from the date of conclusion of the contract between the Contracting Party and the winning tenderer. Lots must be awarded during the term of the framework agreement, but lots awarded during the term of the framework agreement may have effect and be performed after the term of the framework agreement, to the extent that this results from the lot concerned and does not involve a circumvention of procurement rules.
