DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT OBJECTIVE. The subject of the contract includes a comprehensive service of maintenance and maintenance of street lighting owned by the Commune of Sosnowiec. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the FTZ. DATE OF ORDER PERFORMANCE. The term of the order is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1) 1 POINT 7) PUBLIC AGREEMENTS. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts on the basis of Art. 1 point 7) of the PPL Act consisting in the repetition of similar services.
