Description

The municipality of Kittilä will tender out the winter maintenance work procured by the municipality during the summer of 2025 and invite subcontractors to a market dialogue for the preparation of the procurement. The purpose of the market dialogue is to identify markets and obtain information so that procurement can be carried out as appropriately as possible. The event will hear the views of subcontractors on, for example, how the municipality should organise the service in such a way that procurement can comply with municipal legislation and how cost-effective and logistically sensible solutions could be ensured in the procurement of maintenance services. This notice does not constitute an invitation to tender and its publication does not constitute an invitation to tender. Participation in the market dialogue is not a condition for participation in any subsequent competitive tendering and does not affect the position of the tenderer in the tendering procedure. Participation in the market dialogue shall not bind the service provider to participate in the tendering procedure. The contracting entity shall not reimburse any costs incurred as a result of participating in the market dialogue. All planned procurement information and requirements presented during the market dialogue are still provisional and subject to change, including the duration of the contract.
